And Momma, I Love You
I lost my mom four years ago. Her name was Agnes Mary and I miss her every day. I took a bit of a risk adding vocals to JohnV's beautiful baritone guitar. I hope I did it some justice. JohnV, I have incredible respect for you as a musician. This song touched me very deeply, and I wanted to express my love for my mom. Peace and love.

Very touching Andrea…you perfectly expressed the mood the song was written in, looks like, no matter how long ago, the loss of someone and especially the one who gave you birth, will linger as long as we live. Thank you!

John. Thank you for your kind comments. I get my love for music and whatever talent I may have from my mom. My earliest memories are of her listening to old time country music records and singing along as she did her housework. Today, when I catch myself saying or doing something like she would, I reflect on it with gratitude and love - knowing that I am a better person for being her daughter.
