Real story:)
400 years ago in Japan, only trade can be the country was the Netherlands. They had the courage. Came to Japan in a small boats. Do you know the Castellas? It is a kind of sponge cake. They tell it to Nagasaki. Even now is a cake that represents Nagasaki:)

I just learned about rangaku a study of dutch language in 1600's
