MajorTom_III yeah i cut it deep. A & D ointment really healed it up quick. But i did put a thick layer of super glue gel on the end of my finger just to protect it from splitting open again. I've used super glue to repair guitar finishes and dings. Works awesome. It's just the sanding with different grits down to a super fine grit that is a pain. +3
