The rawness of the excellent template 41109 by Alex, Mr Adam and Frank coupled with my interest in sax overtones inspired my add. Initially, I thought of a more conventional sax sound but to me the sheer energy of their arrangement and their playing suggested to me a different approach in the spirit of the early jazz fusion/funk groups of saxists like Joshua Redman and Michael Brecker.
