In his template Gabriel says at the beginning :

At the end he says:
on lâche pas ... on va finir par y arriver
we don't give up... we'll get there eventually
The gypsy (manouche) PUMP is the somewhat (special) movement of the right hand used by (gypsy) guitarists and they stifle the fingers of the left hand
