A wonderful and charming template from Stefano and Little Wing.
Not much of a singer but I felt the urge with this catchy tune. Despite the title it's actually positive lyrically.
I added vocals,lyrics, 1 rhythm guitar which comes in when the vocals start and goes till the end of song, 1 lead guitar with two solos. The 1st solo begins at 1:57-2:53 mirroring Stefano's keyboard solo (I tried..close) The 2nd solo begins 3:48-4:17

See this is what Im talking about. 5 years ago you were much harder and rock and roll. But now that you have some musical notches under your belt you dont have to prove anything to anybody so you relax now and play music for the sake of the music.And that lets you pick and choose your growth as a musician i.e "Ill try my hand at this today...".Thats a real musician.
Your kicking ass at soul music here.And soul comes from having the heart and soul. This tracks soul vibe I got after listening to an album from 1972 called "Mad Dogs and Englishmen by Joe Cocker. Joe had friends in the biz and Joe could sing but noone heard of him so people from the Stones, Top studio musicians like Leon Russell, some of the best musicians during that era went out on a tour called Mad Dogs and Englishmen to let people hear and see who Joe Cocker was after his Woodstock appearance. It was a travelling party with very stoned musicians playing soul lifting music which you my friend nailed that vibe off that album. Its a hard thing to explain but in short ...you nailed "it", and "it " being defined as "real soul music".
You probably arent even aware what a natural you are but you would have fit in perfectly with that particular historic tour and time.
Being that album inspired this, Im telling you you naturally homed in the feeling and vibe I had no problem and naturally. I couldnt be happier.
BTW If you dont know who Cocker is, DO NOT look him up. Instead do a Youtube search for "Belushi Cocker". Youll be like WTF? +2

Thanks alot Joe! Joe Cocker!! Yes, in fact this musically reminds me just a *little bit* reminiscent of the song "Have a little faith" Man, such a powerful voice he had..That grit and expression. stirring. Belushi and cocker. Feelin alright! I remember watching that on tv back in the day..SNL. good stuff.
