It's in E min. During verses you can use pentatonic scale with some coloration like blues scale or dorian mode maybe, then on the choruses some parts in addition to pentatonic scale, you can use aeolian and phrygian mode, phrygian dominant, diminished minor I think too (on the short parts like at 0:59). Something like that. On the middle section, blues scale seem to work nice in addition to phrygian mode. During the solo, I think chords are 3x F# / G / Emin and the 4th time it's F instead of G / Emin. I think I'm using mainly phrygian mode and phrygian dominant... and lydian shapes too maybe... I don't know, something like that, I'm not too much into theory :)
