GemmyF I keep wanting someone to think I'm serious about the Monkees were a huge Beatles influence(I think that notion came from "Dumb and Dumber")and shout me down....but alas no fireworks!:D +1

Love the monkee references and you get extra credit for acknowledging one of my favorites "For Petes Sake" aka the ending theme.Thank you for jumping on this. Here is a lesser known Monkee song that has two interesting facts. 1. They are telling their fans they are breaking up. 2. It features Neil young +0

GemmyF should have said Randy Scouse Git --- but shooting from the hip I missed a lot of them....Nice Song! Neil!!!!! was sending a bunch of photos to Egil in Skype yesterday and one had Keith Moon and lady with a VERY transparent shirt and Mickey Dolenz behind his neck --- I told him not to show his wife --- as she probably didn't know who Micky was. :D +1

GemmyF Yeah that's so 60s and certainly a Beatles/Kinks/Samthe Sham and the Pharos influence......They had such High Registered voices! Wonder what their songs would sound like with a ballsy singer like Elvis Costello would sound like --- +0
