Of course a top track with those guys in the line up! Tried something new this time amp-plug before the channel as input FX, and after that on the channel itself some focusing equalizer to add some more lows before going through the light compression, some more eq and a touch of a plate. It feels as if the character of my bass is more preserved that way. Anyway nice track from the guys tried to color inside the lines ...

Great sound, digging that extra low boost you added! Still a lot of definition in your bass!
Your timing and accents are spot on again!

Fivestringer Thanks, I'm happy :D with the results too. I think I'll stick with that approach for a while.

Well a few spots got some helping mouseclicks to get at par with the rest, but it still is a single take. no dubs :D

Great sound and super walking along with all these subtle 3:13, 2:30, 1:10, 1:39... 1:54 !!!

Fivestringer Thanks for spotting them!:W To me one that comes to mind is the variation around 2:47 . Completely lost my focus and just grabbed some notes but they all turned out to be more :D than just right. Still haven't taken the time to figure out what I did there B) +0

Great Bass work. Congrats! What I really felt in love is the end at 3:28. I wonder how this song would develop without the walking line and more of the free playing +1

Fivestringer :D Thanks. And I fully agree. That approach would be something worth trying too. But I saw this also as a great opportunity and excuse to try to come up B) with some some walking bass as it is something I (almost) never do in live situations. And as an auto-didact I have to figure this out by myself which is fun :D +1

Mike_66 Being autodidact is fun in any ways ... I learned almost anything at work and in leisure time being an autodidact. Being autodidact brings me to the point how do I set a clickable timestamp like tof in his comment? +2
