Here's what I'm thinking :)
Phil Mitchell kidnaps Dot Cotton from Albert Square in Walford races up the M1 and hides her out behind beer barrels in the cellar of the Rovers Return. Someone tips off the old bill and choppers are dispatched. Dot finds a cell phone in the corner behind a barrel and calls 999. The guy on the the switchboard thinks it's a prank call and hangs up! :D +2
