Biography
I am 'all over the place', musically. I started out at 9, listening to my dad's rhythm and blues records, from the late '50's, and popular jazz of the '60's.
Later, I discovered acid rock.
My high school band won fist place in Southern California Jazz competition in 1976. I was playing Alto sax, at the time.
Instruments
I can play just about anything to convince an audience that I know what I'm doing. Sax, drums, bass, and harmonica are my main instruments. I own an acoustic and electric guitar, a 'short-neck' bass and a couple small solid-state amps. I own and play the djembe, castanets, tambourine and flute. I can play a little bit on my Yamaha keyboard, but only for background effect.
recording devices
I would like to jam online with you guys, but I have no computer, right now, so I can't record with the other gear I have.
All that I have is this cell phone.
